Pure, the London trade show for women’s fashion, will have a dedicated area for footwear at its next edition to be held at the Olympia in London on Feb. 10-12. Statistics from the event’s August edition showed that 48 percent of visitors sold footwear through their fashion outlets and that in total, 68 percent of visitors expected sales for the items would grow over the next year. Its new director Sarah Lawrence used to work with Emap, the UK fashion publisher that owns the event.
