Quiva is a new brand of EVA-injected clogs launched by Rémy Quilliot, a London-based agent of Dresco who claims to have registered the design of a clog with holes and a strap, similar to Crocs’ most popular models, all over the European Union on Oct. 21, 2002 (registration # DM/062646).
