The U.S. company Aerosoles has entered a distribution partnership with American Exchange Group, under which the two companies will collaborate on the design, branding and strategy for a new Aerosoles collection targeted to the mass and off-price channels starting from spring 2022.

“This partnership marks an exciting new chapter in the evolution of Aerosoles as we harmonize a modern, elevated core with broader commercial opportunities in distribution,” said Aerosoles CEO Alison Bergen.

American Exchange Group is a multi-division New York-based designer, manufacturer and wholesaler of fashion accessory watches, jewelry and footwear for major retailers. The company has private label brands as well as licensed brands.

Aerosoles also launched a collaboration with Laura Ashley, offering footwear in the floral prints of the British brand.
