Sergio Rossi is relaunching its men's footwear collection, whose development was interrupted in 2015 after the company was bought by an Italian investment group, Investindustrial. The collection will be presented at the Pitti Uomo show scheduled for Jan. 7-10 in Florence. It will be limited to a series of women's models adapted for men, such as the SR1 moccasin slipper. It will be Sergio Rossi's first participation in the fair. Sergio Rossi expects to post sales of more than €70 million this year, compared with €58 million in 2018, with more than half the sales achieved in Asia. The company noted that its profits are growing three to four times faster than the top line. Sergio Rossi plans to open stores in China, Singapore and Macao next year.
