Shoe Studio Group has agreed to pay £16,000 (€23,500-$31,800) to Jimmy Choo in an out-of-court settlement after the company was accused of selling copies of Jimmy Choo’s Branley model - which usually retails for £330 (€485-$655) - for £60 (€88-$120), according to a report in Draper’s Record. This marks the second such dispute against the two footwear companies in two years. In 2005 Shoe Studio Group was forced to remove a different line of shoes from retail stores for the same reason. The recent batch of shoes was supplied to Shoe Studio Group by Nine West.
