Skins, the American company known for its interchangeable footwear, has started a new product development and manufacturing partnership with Henrich & Cia, a Brazilian company that has been working for the likes of Ara, Buffalo, Clarks, Naturalizer and Unisa, among other contractors. A wider range of Skins styles will be offered on starting with the Spring 2009 collection. The company has made a private placement of €811,968 worth of new shares and warrants, expiring 30 months later. It has generated immediate cash proceeds of $475,000.
