Spain's Lottusse opens its first mono-brand store in Germany this year in October. It will be taking over the 130-square-meter store of the haberdasher Strathmann in the Kasernenstrasse. CB Richard Ellis supported Lottusse as facilitator. Lottusse plans to open more stores in Germany, in Frankfurt and Munich, at the beginning of the next year. Until now, the Spanish shoe brand has been represented only in multi-brand shoe stores in Germany, such as Florence Moda in Hamburg and Prange in Düsseldorf. The company manages own stores in various countries – 23 in China, 11 in Spain, and one store each in Dubai and India. In Europe, more stores are planned in Antwerp, Brussels and Geneva.
