Spartoo, which claims to be Europe’s No. 1 online shoe store, has launched a U.K. website (www.spartoo.co.uk), following the start-up of its sites in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Italy. Goods will be delivered to the U.K. from a warehouse near Lyon.
