Superga continued its strong progress in the first nine months of this year, raising by 49 percent the turnover generated through its parent company, Basicnet, and its licensees. Basicnet opened six new stores in Italy during the period, while others were opened by licensees and franchisees in Taipei, São Paulo and Budapest. Three others started up in the Chinese cities of Beijing, Shanghai and Chongqing. Superga launched an advertising campaign in all the markets, featuring its new testimonal, the London-based fashion model Suki Waterhouse. The brand has also started a collaboration with an Italian men's fashion blogger, Mariano Di Vaio.
