The 96th edition of Lineapelle, which was held at Fieramilano Rho on Feb- 20-22, saw the number of visitors increase slightly, up by 1 percent as compared with the February 2018 edition. Visitors came from 114 countries. Russia and Japan showed the largest increases, with visitors up by 29 percent and 19 percent, respectively. The number of buyers increased also from the U.S. and Portugal, both up by 6 percent, as well as from France and the U.K., both up by 2 percent. The Italian Minister of Cultural Heritage and Activities, Alberto Bonisoli, was present for the show's final day. The next edition of Lineapelle Milano will take place on Oct. 2-4, and will showcase the autumn-winter 2020/21 collections.
