The Dutch market underperformed Belgium and the U.K.

 The U.K. footwear market grew by 3.3 percent in value in 2012, with volume rising by 2.0 percent and prices by 1.3 percent, according to GfK data released by Macintosh Retail Group, the Dutch retailer that operates in that country as well as in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
