The French shoe retailers' association (FDCF) has a new president, Sandrine Lacotte Garcin. She replaces Philippe Daquai, who served as FDCF's president for six years. Daquai will become honorary president of the association. Lacotte Garcin is the owner of three shoe shops in Marseille, Avignon and Aix-en-Provence, in southern France. The FDCF, which is celebrating its centenary this year, represents around 4,000 French shoe retailers with a network of 5,350 shops, of which 87.3 percent are located in the city centers.
