The Italian shoemaker Stonefly expects to increase 2009 sales by about 2-3 percent from €85 million in 2008. The group achieves 55 percent of its sales in Italy and 45 percent abroad, largely in Spain, Greece and Portugal. Stonefly intends to reinforce its position in France and Germany as well as penetrate the Chinese and American markets. Women’s collections represent 65 percent of revenues, men’s 30 percent and children 5 percent.
