The Kering Foundation and Women's Aid have signed a joint charter to fight and prevent domestic violence in the U.K. The Charter will engage 1,260 U.K.-based employees of the French conglomerate in a two-year program intended to raise awareness among them of this issue and to enable them to become advocates for its prevention. Kering signed similar partnerships in France, in 2010, with Fédération Nationale Solidarité Femmes (FNSF), and in Italy, in 2013, with Donne in Rete contro la violenza (D.i.Re). Around 400 Kering employees have received training to date through these programs in France and Italy.
