The Panorama fair in Berlin, which has been held at Berlin's exhibition center, is moving next January to Tempelhof, the site of Berlin's former airport and the popular venue of the now defunct Bread & Butter fair. However, Tempelhof will not be the show's permanent home. Panorama was originally launched at another Berlin airport in 2013, but moved to a more central location at Messe Berlin the following year. Panorama is introducing a new concept at the next winter edition of the show: a traveling pop-up concept that aims to bring together retail, industry and consumers. On Jan. 14-16, Panorama will feature a “brand avenue” of brands and products (to be transformed into a “brand village” in the summer of 2020). This 10,000-square-meter space will be divided into modular pavilions for brands to rent. Panorama plans to take the pop-up concept on tour in the future, holding the event at different venues and even at multiple venues simultaneously. According to Panorama, the initiative's final stage will focus on the consumer, with curated drops, limited editions and launch parties.
