The retail members of the ANWR Group have agreed to start the process for the establishment of a new company that will own and operate the Mücke chain of 13 shoe and sporting goods stores by next summer. ANWR's members will be able to acquire shares in the German retail chain from the group, which had bought it in May 2014, reducing its stake to 25.1 percent. The new company will allow ANWR to implement a new optimized ordering and delivery system, called RetailLogistics. Mücke made a profit of €2.8 million on sales of €77.8 million last year. Its revenues grew by 17.3 percent in the first nine months of this year, thanks in part to the opening of three new stores.
