There has been a corporate reshuffle at Charles Jourdan, too. Thierry Dufresne, general manager in charge of commercial development, has left the company by mutual agreement with the new chairman and CEO, Michel de Tapol, who stepped in along with other investors last October. Dufresne had joined Jourdan at the end of 2002. One of his actions was the recruitment of Patrick Cox, who remains for the moment as artistic director. There was no comment on either side on a rumor about his possible departure. On the other hand, De Tapol has appointed a new experienced executive, Christophe Béranger, as general manager in charge of administration, finance and production.
