TowerBrook Capital Partners, the British investment fund that acquired an 83 percent stake in Jimmy Choo three years ago for £180 million (€216m-$277m), has reportedly charged Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley to find a new owner that would value the company at £500 million (€600m-$770m). As an alternative, TowerBrook and Tamara Mellon, the founder and chief creative officer who owns the remaining 17 percent, may be prepared to wait a few years and float the company on the stock exchange for double the price.
