Ulrik Schultz will resign at the end of this year as chief executive of Bonvita, the Danish distributor, which also owns the growing Bundgaard label of children's shoes. The group's chief commercial officer and main owner, Herik Hammer, will become the new CEO. He will also take over the management of Bundgaard, which has grown more than four times over since its acquisition five years ago, expanding internationally. As reported in our previous issue, Bonvita has gone through other important organizational changes including the outsourcing of the logistics.
