Uwe Staudiger has been appointed by the Austrian-based Legero United group as country manager for Germany. He will also be responsible for a new Central Region that comprises the German-speaking countries, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He is taking over some of the responsibilities of Josef Renner, who is leaving the company at the end of March. The Nordics region will be run by Jonas Rampe, who has been taking care of Sweden. Katherine Braun will continue to cover the East and South regions of Europe. The new sales structure has been put in place by the company's chief executive, Stefan Stolitzka. Among other management changes, Alenka Klarica, 45, is leaving the Mars food group to join Legero next month in the position of chief commercial officer. As a member of the executive committee, she will be responsible for sales, marketing, digitalization and retail for all the brands of the group including Legero, Superfit and Think.
