Valleverde's sales rose by 18.5 percent in 2018, reaching a level of €16 million, after growth of 13.5 percent in the previous year. More than 90 percent of the turnover is still generated in the domestic Italian market. The brand produces an annual volume of 500,000 pairs currently sold at over 1,100 shops. Valleverde, owned by Silver1 since 2015, is pricing its footwear for men, women and kids below €100 per pair, a choice made as part of a strategy to re-launch its brand. Valleverde Kids, designed for children up to 11 years old, was launched for the current spring/summer season in about 400 stores in Italy, many of which already offer Valleverde shoes for men and women.
