While Deckers Corporation has experienced better orders than expected for its products in the U.S., those from Europe have come below expectations, the management told analysts at the Piper Jaffray conference. An expected relief in sheepskin prices should be reflected in prices charged from next October on. The company is planning to open 25 new stores this year under different brands, including Ugg, and 19 of them will be located outside the U.S., with particular emphasis on China.
