Zalando plans to start an interesting new partnership program by the end of this year, allowing retailers and brands to position and commercialize their brands independently on its platform. Apart from the logistics, Zalando will handle services such as payment processing, order confirmations and dispatch confirmations for clients, invoicing, returns and reimbursements, and client services. Zalando hopes the new program will mean a broader product range and better availability of items for its customers. Partners can benefit from an increased customer base. The start of the partnership program is planned for October or November.
